Gerry Low

I have been participating in Advanced Driver Training Programs since 1977. For 5 years I was a student of John Powell at Mosport, Shannonville, and the Department of Transportation (Canada), Blainville test facility. In 1982, a small group of fellow BMW Club drivers and I started the BMW Club of Canada Advanced Driving School Program. In the 27 years with the Program, I assisted Chapters in Alberta (RaceCity), Nova Scotia (Atlantic Motorsports Park) and Quebec (LeCircuit, Mont-Tremblant) with their student and instructor programs. My personal coach and mentor was Canadian Motorsports Hall of Fame inductee, Craig Fisher. Over the years I have instructed with marque clubs such as BMW, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Saab, and Porsche as well as privately for Ariel Atom, Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Porsche and Suzuki. Over the past few years, I have driven and coached at Autobahn (Chicago), Calabogie Motorsports Park, Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (Mosport), Grand Bend Motoplex, Homestead-Miami Speedway, LeCircuit Mont-Tremblant, Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, Road Atlanta, Sebring International Raceway, Shannonville Motorsports Park, Virginia International Raceway, and Watkins Glen International. Presently, I am a partner at DriveTeq.ca - a company specializing in driver coaching and the organizing and executing of Road Trips to various tracks in Canada and the United States. I lead the novice driver program at our Advanced Driver Training events year-round. Racing - I have been racing with our DriveTeq team since 2014 at Mosport, Calabogie and Shannonville in Canada.
