David Bull

David has enjoyed more than 32 years of diverse domestic and international project management and business development experience in a variety of industries to include Power Generation and Pharmaceutical manufacturing. Born in New York City and currently residing in Bucks County Pennsylvania, David is working for an Architectural and Engineering firm within the Philadelphia area for the past 14 years as a Senior Project Executive servicing the Pharmaceutical industry. David is helping grow the company from a 200-person, 4 US office foot print to its current size of just over 1023 professionals, 19 offices in 7 countries. David holds an Electrical Engineering degree from PennCo Technical Institute. Interested in all things technical, he entered the workforce with NCR as a Mainframe Computer system analyst, then as an advanced Automation engineer specializing in Cogeneration and Gas Turbine Automation. As a people person, David’s carrier soon found him helping clients solve complex project challenges, overcoming those challenges, developing projects into reality. David also believes in giving back to one’s community and has “run for” and “held” public office within the borough of Doylestown PA. Working with community leaders, David helped grow Doylestown to a safe family community built on a continued belief in local commerce and neighborhoods, working together on common goals. David is proud to have played a decisive role in having the Bucks County courthouse expand into a brand-new state-of-the –art judicial campus with in the borough. Being an outdoor enthusiast, David shares an avid belief in nature and preserving our fresh water environments. He is a working member of Friends of the Upper Delaware river, preserving the natural ecosystem and fishery for both local and fishing enthusiasts alike. David’s passion for Auto Racing is reflected in his racing results. He is an active racer with the American Endurance Racing series that includes an Over All team win during the 2016 racing season.
